As Chairman of HeroITES, Sunil is steering the Hero Group’s foray into the BPO services industry and leading the company to a position of strength. He is also the Chairman of Hero Corporate Service Limited that is engaged in Training and Competency Building (Hero Mindmine), ERP Consulting and implementation (Munjal eSystems) and non-life Insurance distribution services (NsurePlus) besides advising the Hero Group on long term growth strategy . HeroITES is already recognized for its exceptional service quality and offers services to several Fortune 500 clients. Hero Mindmine is amongst the top three leading companies in India in the Training, Learning & Development industry.

Prabh Likhari has been associated with HeroITES for a period of three years in the role of Business Development Manager. He also plays an important role in defining the strategic vision of the Company regarding its growth and development, and acts as a sounding board by offering a proper perspective while keeping the cultural aspect in mind. Currently, he is focusing on the inorganic growth of HeroITES, business due diligence, management of integration issues, structuring et al.

As COO of HeroITES, Ralph is responsible for inbound, outbound and BPO operations for our entire client base. His overarching objective is to provide a “world class” operations delivery platform which process oriented and results driven. This philosophy is essential to providing clients with the type of service they expect and to organically grow our existing client base into the future. HeroITES maintains a “fast and flexible” approach to managing our operations as we clearly understand the dynamics of this industry and the ever changing needs of our clients. As Vice-President, Business Development (Europe), Eddie’s prime responsibility at HeroITES includes promoting and establishing new businesses within Europe and particularly in the UK. Once the business is set up, he also takes care of the overall performance including the operational and the financial activities. Working with the Business Development team based in India, Eddie manages the Marketing and Sales process and acts as the prime interface with clients and partners.

As Vice-President, Operations, Rakesh Khorana has been responsible for entire Operations at HeroITES. He is also responsible for Quality, Training & Logistics. As a member of the Leadership Team, he is actively involved in all strategic decisions of the Company. Rakesh has work experience of around 12 years in diverse domains such as Business Development, Quality & Training, Process Re-engineering, Operations and Client Services.

Ashish has been associated with the Company since October 2002, and as Assistant Vice-President, Technology, he is responsible for the entire range of IT activities in HeroITES. As a member of the Leadership Team, he is also actively involved in all strategic decisions of the Company. Ashish currently holds the additional responsibility of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and manages IT Security Operations & Audit Liaison. He has been actively involved in Information Security Management, Monitoring & Testing, Audit Liaison & Controls Management and Security Risk Analysis & Control Management.
