One mantra that overrules everything at HeroITES is "having fun at the workplace". We are passionate about success and also celebrate each other's successes. Firmly believing that a good atmosphere can help increase productivity, HeroITES has invested a lot in making its workplace a lively and fun place to work and ensuring a perfect balance between fun and performance. Employee satisfaction, motivation and retention are centred on providing a congenial environment at the workplace, and we have taken several initiatives in making our workplace a lively place. Special Days: Informal wear, evening get-togethers and team parties are just a part of the vibrant atmosphere during weekends. Celebrations, frolic, quizzing are all embedded in HeroITES.
We have quarterly in-house and half-yearly offsite town halls (Konnect), which bring us together for better interactivity. We believe in instant recognition of those performing exceptionally well and we have a Wall of Fame as one of the ways to show instant recognition. It is not a reward for good performance and results; it is rather a way to encourage people to perform. We have our own in-house newsletter “Communi-K” which is a platform for the writers of our organization.
