Prabhjot Likhari – Executive Vice-President, USA Market

Prabh Likhari has been associated with HeroITES for a period of three years in the role of Business Development Manager. He also plays an important role in defining the strategic vision of the Company regarding its growth and development, and acts as a sounding board by offering a proper perspective while keeping the cultural aspect in mind. Currently, he is focusing on the inorganic growth of HeroITES, business due diligence, management of integration issues, structuring et al.

He played a pivotal role in the contractual negotiations with a US partner Company. His interaction led to the successful negotiation and endorsement of the Agreement between the two Companies. This partnership has now successfully celebrated its second anniversary. Being a resident of the USA, he is able to maintain, enhance and seamlessly integrate the relationship between the two partner Companies. However, his interaction and rapport is not limited to the management levels of the partner Company. He interacts with all end-Clients whose projects have been outsourced to HeroITES.

In an effort to seamlessly integrate the two Companies, Prabh is also involved at the ground level – from individual process management and enhancement along with issues relating to volumes, pricing and efforts of collection and payments thereof.

Prabh comes to us with an Accounting and Economics background. For 10 years, he had been in the healthcare industry in the role of Vice-President, Finance, representing the largest Dental Healthcare Company on the US East coast. His relationship with the Banking industry led to the procurement and management of the capital required for the expansion of dental clinics and equipment upgradation. He was also responsible for the establishment of large lines of credit for cash flow management. As a stockholder and in the capacity of VP Finance, he also managed the pension portfolio for the Company. This responsibility included managing the return on investment, legal and tax compliance and distribution of funds to retiring employees. He also participated in the negotiation with the Health Maintenance Organizations such as Blue Cross and Care First for capitation fees and dealt with the Maryland Insurance Division for rates of payment on dental healthcare procedures. The Company was also successful in registering and marketing a dental insurance product with the State of Maryland Insurance Division called JustDental. The Company was a startup in 1985 and was sold to Pennsylvania Blue Cross and Blue Shield in the year 1996. He played a significant role in the sale process and in the management of the due diligence conducted by the buyer.

Prabh practiced as a financial consultant and managed the family business before joining HeroITES in 2001.

He is a graduate from Punjab University and received accreditation in Business Law and Taxation from the University of Baltimore.
