The MIS at HeroITES helps us track and analyze associates’ performance on various key indicators such as average handle time, average talk time and customer satisfaction ratings. We place major emphasis on Management by Fact and hence, store the entire data in a central repository for ready access. Next comes the analysis phase, as significant interpretations emerge from the comprehensive and integrated fact-based system. Based on the valuable findings, corrective actions are taken and effective strategies are chalked out to align performance trends with organizational goals. Reports thus generated also provide greater insight into the complexity and volume of customer interactions.
