We have a robust and secure infrastructure in place that enables the company to exceed service delivery requirements and ensure round-the-clock business continuity.

HeroITES has deployed a world-class facility with latest operations and technology infrastructure so that you may work with a technologically sound strategic partner. Our offshore facility is located near New Delhi, India – within 15 km of New Delhi International Airport. Spanning 75,000 sq. ft on three floors with centrally air-conditioned space with 100% power backup, our call center is designed to enhance employee productivity and deliver effective outsourcing solutions. The facility has end-to-end connectivity through fiber optic leased lines and satellite links. The IP-MPLS Circuits (MPLS) connecting overseas hubs to the call center in India are multi-routed/multi-bearer/multi-carrier submarine optical fiber circuits.

HeroITES is a people-oriented organization and provides its employees with international-standard facilities, thus ensuring a comfortable and secure work environment.
