Performance Management
PMS at HeroITES concentrates on the entire spectrum of performance and improvement strategies. These include employee’s performance improvement, career development, identifying training needs, cross training and regular performance feedback. SLAs and targets are predefined and expectations are clearly set.
Performance management is divided into four parts – Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly and Annual appraisals. Employees get regular feedback and performance ratings. Their strengths and areas of improvements are also shared in the feedback, and a clear plan for improvement is defined at the time of performance evaluation discussion.
At HeroITES, there are specific schemes to identify and recognize “Star Performers” and “Star Teams”. The performance and potentials of an employee play a crucial role in his/her growth and development.
